Update, maintain and keep tracking of Technology Programs “3ft Implementation Plan”.
Produce, update and maintain stakeholders contact details relevant to the execution of Technology Programs.
Assist in updating and maintaining on technology capability (e.g.: equipment, patents/IP, scope of services etc.) related to university and/or OGSE companies.
Prepare relevant Meeting Notes/Minutes, reports and presentation slides as well as maintain documentation in appropriate filings.
Participate and assist in coordinating internal and external meetings, task forces, and working groups.
Research
Conduct desktop research or via physical engagement relating to OGSE technologies, operation pain points, emerging technologies and other relevant topics to the Technology Programs.
Properly documents the findings such as in presentation material etc.
Administrative work
Assist in administrative tasks in preparation to the execution of meeting arrangements, workshop etc. in compliance to the internal processes (e.g.: procurement etc.).
Ad-hoc
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by management or immediate supervisor whenever deemed appropriate.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and other requirements
Requirement
Preferably those pursuing Bachelor Degree of Business Administration/Management, Technology Management, Project Management and/or in related discipline with minimum CGPA of 3.00.
