Duties & Responsibilities
To support and assist OGSE DG, which covers the following areas:
Management and Operations of MPRC’s OGSE DG
- Monitor and report all success metrics related to the KPI to relevant stakeholders and recommend corrective actions when required.
- Prepare relevant correspondence/reports/presentations.
- Establish new and maintain close working relationship with stakeholders at all operational levels to obtain alignment and shared direction.
- Participate in internal and external meetings, task forces, and working groups.
- Execute pre-evaluation tasks of OGSE DG (pre-screening et. al).
Administrative work
- Administrative tasks such as meeting arrangements, preparation of slides, project planning, workshop, and company events.
- Documentation of reporting and procurement processes.
Ad-hoc
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by management or immediate supervisor.
- Other MPRC’s initiative as and when required.
