OGSE Strategic Partnership Facilitation Service is one of the initiatives outlined in the National OGSE Blueprint 2021–2030 to increase competitiveness and resilience in the OGSE sector and address specific gaps in the market.
This initiative is aimed at leveraging segment partnerships to create a competitive OGSE sector that thrives in the global market. The ultimate objective is to foster a robust and flourishing OGSE sector by supporting various segments and types of companies within the industry through strategic partnerships. To further facilitate the development of the OGSE sector, six enablers have been established as follows:
High-level Industry Development Discussion Platform
This platform aligns the OGSE sector development with national applications, market dynamics, and industry challenges and opportunities. By fostering dialogue among stakeholders, it ensures cohesive and strategic growth within the sector.
Strategic Partnership Evolution Protocols
To identify suitable participants to take part in the partnership programme. This would include companies who are actively looking for potential partnership opportunities with other OGSE companies.
Robust OGSE Database
To collect and disseminate industry data and information to stakeholders. The availability of comprehensive and accurate data is essential for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Strategic Partnership Matchmaking Protocols
To increase the chances of creating suitable partners and ensure effective collaboration as suitable partners would potentially have common goals and aspirations.
Strategic Partnership Consolidation Protocols
To provide appropriate incentives and benefits for industry consolidation, promoting efficiency and competitiveness within the sector, where feasible.
